Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Arms.

Most clients enjoy smooth arms for three to six weeks depending on hair growth rate and care. Regular waxing can extend periods between treatments by weakening hair follicles; follow post-care advice to maximize longevity.

Some temporary discomfort is normal, especially first time, but our therapists use skin warming and quick technique to minimize pain. Numbing creams can be applied on request and regular waxing often reduces sensitivity over time.

Ensure hair is at least ¼ inch long—about two weeks of growth. Exfoliate gently 48 hours before and avoid heavy moisturizers on the day. Arrive with clean, dry skin to help the wax adhere properly.

Tell your therapist about sensitivities, allergies, or topical and oral medications; some, like retinoids or blood thinners, can increase risk. We may patch test, adjust products, or advise postponing treatment for safety and best results.

Typically every three to six weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and desired smoothness. Regular bookings help reduce regrowth and discomfort. Your therapist will recommend a personalized schedule after assessing hair thickness and regeneration speed.

Avoid hot baths, heavy exercise, saunas, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers and exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Contact us if redness persists or you experience unusual irritation.
